I had some leftover roast beef and grilled onions from the other night. So I took that and grilled the bun with the jalapeno cheddar butter which made the bread taste like the cheddar was baked in. I put on the roast beef, onions and added some muenster cheese. It was a good mix and hit the spot.
Of course then I began to get tired and enter the typical food coma after eating a good meal.
